about

Hi and welcome! I enjoy developing and programming games. Apart from making games I am currently a full time student at University of Maryland College Park aiming for my bachelor's degree and studying Computer Engineering. I have used a wide array of languages such as Python, Java, C#, C, TypeScript, and OCaml. When it comes to what 3D or 2D engines I use, I mainly stick with Unity and Godot, but I plan on learning and developing games in Unreal in the near future.

PyPaint

PyPaint is a multiplayer Pictionary game using Python and PyGame library. The Socket library was additionally used for networking and TCP connections. This was my first project to delve me in basic networking and understanding how client(s) and a server interact with each other as well as receive/decode and send/encode data. Lastly, threading was used for enabling parallel execution of game logic, chat functionality, and drawing features across all clients.

Jackpot Miners

Over the course of Summer 2023, I was given the opportunity to work with NAVER Z (ZEPETO), a virtual mobile gaming platform. Throughout 3-4 months, I was taught Unity essentials and had to use said Unity to develop a game on the ZEPETO platform. At the end of the program, I had the great opportunity to make Jackpot Miners, a game where players would mine and collect blocks to then exchange and sell them for perks and upgrades. This game was programmed with TypeScript.
